In-Person Consultations & Free Estimates
We provide detailed, in-person consultations and free written estimates for all prospective projects.
During the site visit, a project estimator will assess existing substrates, surface conditions, access considerations, moisture exposure, previous coatings, and overall project scope. We take the time to understand your objectives while identifying any underlying conditions that may affect preparation, product selection, or long-term performance.
Following the consultation, you will receive a comprehensive written proposal outlining surface preparation procedures, repair recommendations, specified coatings, application methods, and a clearly defined scope of work. Our goal is complete clarity — no vague allowances or undefined steps — so you understand exactly how your project will be executed.

Online estimates
We receive a lot of requests for estimates—as many as 30 a week during exterior-painting season—so we developed a process for a fast and efficient online estimate. Here’s what to do:
1. Take 5-10 pictures of the area or areas you need painted (include close-ups of different levels and surfaces, or unique challenges).
2. Email the photos to office@ctcpp.com with a description of your project and specific requests you may have, etc.
3. Give us about two-three business days, and we’ll send you an estimate that includes a detailed work summary and projected costs for paint, materials, and labor.
* Please note that unforeseen issues, such as rot, difficult access, need for wood replacement, etc., can result in additional costs. An updated estimate may be provided following a site visit evaluation or after work begins.
